Fire Alarm Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering Essex and London. This role involves the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and small works on a wide range of fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems
*Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
*Complete small installation and commissioning works as required
*Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations (e.g. BS 5839)
*Accurately complete job reports and documentation
*Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
*Participate in on-call rota (if applicable)
Requirements:
*Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
*Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
*Ability to fault-find and problem-solve independently
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*FIA qualifications or equivalent (desirable)
*Experience with systems such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Morley, or similar (advantageous)
