Children’s Home Team Leader
Location: Cannock & surrounding areas
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off

We are recruiting for Children’s Home Team Leaders in Cannock and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that puts young people at the centre of everything, supporting them to achieve stability, growth, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:*Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
*Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
*Act as a positive role model and build strong, trusting relationships
*Support and guide junior staff on shift
*Ensure safeguarding, care plans, and risk assessments are followed
*Contribute to a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Requirements:*Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership roleor strong experience supporting children and young people in residential care
*Level 3 qualification in a relevant childcare/care field (essential)
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
*Ability to work a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern
