Business Development Manager, Enterprise Fintech SaaS, £110,000 Basic | £220,000 OTE (Uncapped) London (City) | Hybrid (2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote) Join a leading TradeTech disruptor at the forefront of financial services innovation. Our client provides high-performance software tools that give buy-side and sell-side traders a definitive competitive edge. Following a period of explosive growth, we are looking for a high-impact ’Hunter’ to join the London team and drive enterprise-level acquisitions across EMEA.
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy SaaS sales professional with a proven track record in Capital Markets. You should possess:
*3+ years selling SaaS into Tier-1 financial institutions (Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Banks, Asset Managers, Financial Services Firms, Brokers, SWFs, Prop Traders, and Fund Managers)
*A pure ’hunter’ mentality with the ability to self-generate a pipeline and navigate complex enterprise salescycles.
*A rare blend of high IQ and EQ, comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
*Training in recognised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is highly advantageous.
