We are working with our Client to appoint a Credit Controller who will share those same values and desires to build strong Customer relationships.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER
*Annual Salary of c £28,000 – £30,000
*Performance Related Collection Bonus – paid 1/4ly based on Collection Targets
*25 Days Holiday and Bank Holidays
*Hybrid / Flexible working once Probation is passed

THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROLLER
Will be based in a small / professional team of Credit Controllers – you will be introduced to your own set of Customers who you will look to establish a strong relationship with which will result in effective Credit Control.
*You will work from an Aged Debt List to prioritise calls to make
*Query Management and Resolution of issues that are preventing Payment – this will include engaging with external Stakeholders
*Credit Control by Telephone and Email – you must have experience of preparing Files for Legal and sending Legal Letters to Place Accounts on Stop
*Allocation and Reconciliation of Payments
*Set up of New Customer Accounts and set Credit Limits
*Attend Month End Team Meetings
