We’re hiring an Operational Admin Assistant for a growing MGA in Manchester (3 days office / 2 WFH). Ideal for someone with office admin experience looking to take their first step into the industry.
What you’ll do:
* Support underwriting teams with submissions, renewals and endorsements
* Handle data entry, policy processing and document production
* Assist brokers, manage queries and maintain contacts
* Support credit control and follow up on outstanding items
What we’re looking for:
* Admin experience (insurance a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Good communication skills
* Confident using Excel/MS Office
* Salesforce/Optalitix exposure beneficial
