About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Centre Manager to lead the overall performance of our site. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, strong financial results, and full operational and compliance excellence. You will take ownership of both the commercial success and day-to-day operations of the centre, with a strong focus on driving revenue across coworking memberships and meetings & events.
About You
*Experience in coworking, hospitality, meetings & events, or flexible workspace environments
*A strong track record in customer-facing, revenue-driven roles
*Confidence in business development, networking, and relationship management
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver and exceed monthly budgets and KPIs
*Maximise revenue from coworking memberships and meetings & events
*Drive growth using all available products and services
*Monitor financial performance, including forecasting and cost control
*Support budgeting and performance reporting
*Oversee smooth day-to-day centre operations
*Manage customer onboarding, including move-ins and operational setup
*Lead, manage, and develop the on-site team
*Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
