OVERVIEW:
• Join a well established and growing law firm within a friendly and progressive private client team
• Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters
• Draft Wills and provide tailored estate planning advice
• Handle Probate and the administration of estates
• Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Manage Court of Protection applications
• Advise on Trusts and related matters
• Deliver clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client work
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
• Client focused with a compassionate and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
• Committed to delivering a high standard of client service
