Our client, a longstanding and highly valued partner of ours, is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency. Due to continued business growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and driven team in Mansfield.

The role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business success by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Proactively generating interest in new instructions
*Contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
*A motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A team player with a positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
