Your key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
*Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
*Raising invoices and credit notes
*Managing customer queries and resolving discrepancies
*Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activity
*Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Skills and Requirements as the Credit Controller:
*Previous experience in a credit control or finance admin role
*Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
*Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
*Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
*A proactive and professional approach
The Benefits:
*Salary of circa £26,000 - £28 000 (DOE)
