Job DescriptionWe’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly and supportive finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate invoice matching.
• Managing payment runs and maintaining supplier accounts.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries.
• Supporting multi-entity accounting and expense coding.
• Maintaining an organised inbox and liaising with internal and external contacts.
What We’re Looking For:• Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.
• Good understanding of VAT regulations and compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload effectively.
