The Role
The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team after Easter. You will support students across a range of subjects, working closely with teaching staff to ensure all pupils are engaged and progressing.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide in-class support to students on a 1:1 and small group basis

*Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons

*Support students with additional learning needs

*Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment

*Prepare and organise learning resources

Requirements
*Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach

*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

*DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
