Reception Teacher (QTS)
Harrow | EYFS | Full-Time and Part-Time (PAYE only - no umbrella companies)
Salary: Outer London MPS £37,870 - £50,474 per annum (M1-M6)
Daily rate equivalent: approximately £194 - £259 per day
Paid weekly via PAYE only - no umbrella companies or hidden deductions
Tradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming primary schools across Harrow who are seeking a Reception Teacher to join their EYFS teams. These roles suit teachers who value collaboration, consistency and high-quality early years practice.
The Role
You will deliver the EYFS curriculum with a strong focus on early phonics, language development, maths and personal, social and emotional development. Planning and assessment are often shared across the EYFS team, supported by experienced practitioners and teaching assistants.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Reception or EYFS
Strong understanding of early phonics and language development
A calm, organised approach to routines and transitions
Experience supporting children with SEND
