Position: Senior Social Worker (BCFT DfE)
Employer: Bradford Children and Families Trust (via Bradford Metropolitan District Council)
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Location: Bradford (Sir Henry Mitchell House or locality-based)

*Risk assessment & management, including complex decision-making
*Taking professional accountability for decisions made
*Delivering frontline social work services, including:
*Assessments

*Supporting social care delivery in community settings
*Managing a caseload independently

*Locality Teams (long-term child protection & CIN work)
*IFD (Integrated Front Door) (referrals & initial assessments)
*Leaving Care (supporting care leavers into adulthood)

*Key meetings
*Team collaboration days
*Certain case-related duties
