Job Description:
As Marketing Manager at a multi-brand international group, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of fast-growing B2B brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
You will take ownership of core marketing activity across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, driving demand, and supporting business growth. Working closely with internal teams across different regions and with external agency partners, you’ll help turn business objectives into clear, effective marketing programmes that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, campaigns, brand, and communications
• Translate commercial and brand objectives into clear marketing plans and priorities
• Oversee and coordinate activity across channels including website, social media, email, video, paid media, and relevant offline touchpoints
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and content
• Monitor performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future activity
• Ensure consistent brand application and messaging across all channels and touchpoints
• Manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix
• Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels
• Ability to confidently manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
• Commercially minded, organised, and results-focused
• Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an advantage
