Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years specialist looking for your next rewarding role? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join a friendly and nurturing Early Years setting in Birmingham. About the RoleAs a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework. You’ll create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore. You will work alongside a supportive team who share a commitment to exceptional early years education.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities within the EYFS framework
*Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
*Track and assess children’s progress, identifying areas of development
*Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
*Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and behaviour expectations are met at all times
*Work collaboratively with other Early Years practitioners and leadership
Requirements*QTS, EYTS, or equivalent early years qualification
*Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
*A caring, energetic, and child-focused approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
