Management Accountant / On boarding Accountant

The Opportunity
A high-growth, PE-backed healthcare platform is looking to expand its finance team with a skilled Management Accountant. The role is a key part of the finance function, supporting both day-to-day accounting and reporting, as well as providing insight to drive operational and strategic decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional to join a dynamic, fast-moving business, contribute to financial processes across multiple sites, and gain exposure to a high-growth, PE-backed healthcare environment.


Responsibilities
*Maintain monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and guidance
*Assist with cash flow management and working capital reporting
*Support acquisition integration and reporting activities
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
*Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for the CFO and leadership team

Candidate Profile
Essential:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong management accounting experience within multisite or healthcare businesses
*Experience producing management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
*Strong Excel and financial systems skills
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving PE-backed environment
Desirable:
*Exposure to M&A / acquisition accounting
*Experience in healthcare or multi-site operations
*Understanding of PE reporting requirements
