Drive data quality and process improvement in regulatory reporting in our Data Operations team!
As a Data Operations Senior Associate in Regulatory Reporting Data Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality.
Regulatory Reporting Data Team is responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. We continue to strengthen our management of this data and drive improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes .
Job responsibilities
*Manages and maintain data quality
*Maintains and improves processes that result in enhanced data sourcing
*Manages and resolves of control breaks from processes
*Uses tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence wiki content design and maintenance
*Provides support to deliver the multi-year strategic controls roadmap
*Drives improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
*Solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals, supported by practical examples.
*Experience in documenting and designing process and data flows.
*Strong data-centric and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and design innovative solutions.
*Willingness to develop new skills and learn new tools to implement proposed solutions.
