*Area Sales Manager covering the Midlands and East Anglia region
*Managing and growing existing retail accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets

Description
Reporting to the UK and Ireland Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail accounts across your territory. You will focus on driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and growing existing retail accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
*Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory
*Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers
*Delivering compelling product presentations and range reviews
*Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
*Working collaboratively with internal teams including marketing and customer support
Profile
*Ideally Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within consumer goods, toys, giftware, stationery, or similar sectors
*Will consider a sales focused retail background
*Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering against targets
*Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
*Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a large geographic territory
*Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
*Full UK driving licence required
