Supply Chain and Logistics Lead
Kingston on Thames, Hybrid
Up to £45,000
The Company
Established SME operating within the organic and natural products sector, focused on sustainability, eco-friendly, and ethical markets. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing the import process from Europe and supervising two staff members.

What will you do as a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead
*Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, coordinating bookings
*Oversee customs clearance and documentation
*Monitor food compliance regulations
*Manage supply chain administrator and stock controller
*Oversee end-to-end coordination of inventory, inbound imports, warehouse operations
*Review KPIs, service levels, overstock, and freight costs
What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead
*Experience working in the food sector
*Knowledge of BRC / HACCP
*Import and compliance regulations experience
*Managed a small team
*Worked with ERP systems – ideally NetSuite
