Job Description:
Marketing Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid)
Length: 3 months
Rate: £27.88 p/h
Hours: 9-6pm
Languages: Dutch (mandatory) + English
The Marketing Coordinator supports end-to-end execution of medium-scale marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels. You identify user needs, analyse performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development, go-to-market strategies, and brand positioning.
A key part of the role includes developing user insights, managing research initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing assets aligned with product voice and strategy.
You champion inclusive team culture, model DEI principles, and contribute to a psychologically safe environment where diverse perspectives can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
*Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and track performance for optimization.
*Develop and refine product messaging, positioning, and marketing content.
*Conduct user and market research to generate insights that guide product and marketing decisions.
*Support go-to-market planning for new features and products.
*Collaborate with product, research, and design teams to enhance user experience.
*Identify market opportunities and assist in evaluating product performance.
*Foster inclusive collaboration and contribute to DEI initiatives across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
*Marketing education and campaign management experience
*Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, brand management, and storytelling
*Data analysis and synthesis
*Product positioning and go-to-market familiarity
*Partner/client management
*Situational leadership

*Languages: Dutch (mandatory) + English
*Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
*Travel: Monthly travel to the Netherlands
