At Stanley Park Care Home that belief sits at the heart of everything we do. Tucked away in Paisley’s Balgonie area, our beautifully refurbished 40-bed home is more than just a place to work it’s a place where people genuinely care about one another.
With top marks from the Care Inspectorate and a 9.7 rating on carehome, we’re proud of the warm, homely environment we’ve created for our residents and for our team. Now, we’re looking for a Care Assistant who shares our passion for delivering truly person-centred care.
A role where you’ll truly matter
This isn’t just about completing tasks it’s about building relationships, creating moments, and helping people live well every day.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be part of a close-knit team who support each other just as much as they support residents. You’ll get to know people properly their routines, their stories, what makes them smile and use that to shape the care you provide.
You’ll be there for the big moments, but just as importantly, the small ones too.
What your day might look like
*You’ll help residents start their day with dignity and confidence, supporting with personal care while encouraging independence wherever possible.
*You’ll notice the little changes a shift in mood, appetite, or wellbeing and make sure the right people know.
*You’ll sit and chat, share a laugh, and help create a warm, sociable environment where everyone feels included.
*You’ll support at mealtimes, making sure residents enjoy their food and feel comfortable.
And when it matters most, you’ll be there calm, kind, and reassuring.

*£12.77 to £12.97 per hour (depending on experience)
*3 to 4 shifts per week (Days and Nights available)
*Paid PVG & uniform provided

*5.6 weeks annual leave

Who we’re looking for
You might already have experience as a Care Assistant, or you might be bringing transferable skills and a genuine passion for caring for others.
