Job Description:
The Role
The Supply Planner is a full time, permanent position working in a supportive team.
Day to day duties for the planner include:
*Create accurate demand forecasts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
*Place orders, schedule deliveries, and resolve any supply or quality issues with suppliers.
*Maintain accurate ERP product and supplier data.
*Support new product launches and manage seasonal or customer-specific requests.
*Oversee stock and inventory checks.
*Process purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and correct documentation.
*Manage import and logistics of goods.

About You
The successful Supply Planner will be/ have:
*Experience in supply chain, planning or purchasing—ideally within FMCG
*Confidence managing end-to-end sales order processes
*Strong analytical skills and Excel/forecasting proficiency
*Excellent communication and collaborative skills
*Experience with ERP systems and online ordering portals
*Ability effectively manage work load
*Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
