Role: Pricing Business Analyst
Location: Remote with occasional travel to our Northampton office
Contract: Permanent, Full Time


Reed Talent Solutions are hiring a Pricing Business Analyst to help shape the commercial success of our MSP and RPO programmes. If you love data, modelling, and building pricing that wins bids, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do
*Build and enhance complex pricing and financial models using advanced Excel and Power BI
*Work confidently with large datasets to produce meaningful commercial insight
*Support bid teams with accurate cost, income, and scenario modelling
*Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Design, Finance and Operations
*Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategy
*Ensure pricing proposals are compliant, competitive, and commercially sound


What We’re Looking For
*Excellent working knowledge of Excel and strong experience with Power BI
*Hands-on pricing modelling experience (ideally within recruitment solutions or a related commercial environment)
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
*Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
*Knowledge of workforce solutions or bid environments is advantageous
