We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a busy, creative theatre environment. You’ll lead payroll across multiple companies, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time, supporting both backstage and front-of-house teams.
What you’ll do
*Run end-to-end payroll across multiple entities
*Process salaries, expenses, pensions & statutory payments
*Maintain accurate employee records and HMRC compliance
*Lead payroll reporting, forecasting & year-end processes
*Support rota, timesheets & workforce systems
*Be the go-to for payroll, pay & pension queries
?? What we’re looking for
*CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience)
*Strong multi-payroll & pensions knowledge
*Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Cascade or similar)
*Advanced Excel skills & high attention to detail
*Organised, proactive, and confident managing deadlines
