About the Role

This position offers the chance to develop and manage a perms desk, supporting clients across Kent and placing high-quality candidates into permanent industrial roles. You will have the autonomy to expand your market while being supported by a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Manage and Expand: Take charge of a perms industrial recruitment desk, expanding its reach and influence.
*Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base across Kent.
*Candidate Placement: Source, interview, and place candidates into suitable permanent roles, managing the full 360 recruitment process.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service, contributing to a supportive and energetic work environment.
