Your new role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating a wide range of client account updates and instructions, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within expected timeframes.
*Using provider systems to track progress and manage workflow effectively.
*Managing your own workload through a structured task-management system, ensuring all deadlines are met.
*Handling queries from clients and advisers by investigating issues and providing clear, timely updates.
*Managing documentation and correspondence related to new business activity.
*Communicating regularly with clients and providers by phone and email.
*Keeping all client information and records up to date and compliant.
*Supporting reception duties when required, including handling calls, greeting visitors and managing daily post.
*Working in line with internal procedures and provider requirements to maintain consistency and compliance

What you’ll need to succeed
*At least one year of experience working within an IFA practice or provider.
*A working understanding of pensions, investments, or related financial products.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone.
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
*Experience using IO software is desirable but not essential.
