About the Role:*Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
*Create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers to provide a holistic learning
*experience.
*Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
*Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
About You:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
*Strong understanding of SEN strategies, including differentiation and behavioural management.
*Empathetic, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
*Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
