Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally creative and versatile Social Media Content Creator to join a GLOBAL ICONIC BRAND’s international marketing team. This role is crucial in developing, executing, and optimising high-quality, engaging content for both organic social channels and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with a sharp eye for current trends, a solid understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to maintain our established brand voice while driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce a range of social-first, on-brand content (UGC edits, carousel posts, stories, video/static posts,) optimised for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage the entire content lifecycle from concept and storyboarding to filming/design, editing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and wider Content and Social Team: someone who is willing to immerse themselves in the team, join group chats and brainstorms and contribute meaningfully to planning sessions.
• Organic social: Create content specifically designed to drive community engagement, brand love, and organic reach. Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging trends to maximise non-paid visibility.
• Collaborate with the organic Social Media Manager and UGC Coordinator to ensure to act fast to make the most of trending topics, breathe life into customer stories and proactively look for opportunities to engage customers at key moments.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media content creation or a related creative field, preferably within a large brand or agency environment.
• Proven expertise in video production and editing for short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.
• Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful content creation across diverse social channels, preferably for a major consumer brand

Typical Day in the Role:
• This role will collaborate closely with the entire team but particularly with the Social Media Manager to plan and produce content for social channels.
• A typical day might involve, working through upcoming opportunities alongside the Social Media Manager, editing customer stories and customer submitted video clips or shooting new content to plan out our content calendar or creating new content entirely.
• Spotting trending moments or opportunities and proactively suggesting changes and optimisation to our existing content will be key for success in this role. It’s not just a brief-led role, we are looking for a true collaborator to drive our performance alongside the rest of the team.
• A flexible team and they need someone open to working days changing with prior notice. May also need to flex days to suit business needs or align with key business moments such as product launches or events but this will be communicated and agreed in advance.
