Job Description:
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: East London
Working Pattern: Full-Time
Pay Rate: £20-£26 per hour
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation in East London on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people-related matters and driving organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
*Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
*Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives
*Lead on change management projects, including restructures and organisational development
*Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice
*Coach and support managers in handling people-related issues confidently and effectively
*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
*Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements*Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
*Experience managing complex employee relations cases
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) desirable
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
