Job Description:
I am excited to be representing a leading, innovative, technology company based in Knutsford. My client is rapidly expanding and looking to recruit on a temporary to permanent customer service frontline support advisor.
Role: Customer Service Frontline Support Advisor.

Location: Knutsford – 100% office based

Salary: £26,437 potentially rising to £27,000 following successful probation

Working Hours – 40 hours a week Monday to Friday predominantly 06:00 – 14:30, a small level of flexibility is required on occasion to work 14:00 – 22.30
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Frontline Support Advisor to

deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless business operations and user

satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring an inbox, managing incidents and problems, and fulfilling service requests.
Responsibilities
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
*Identify, document, and resolve incidents promptly to minimise service disruptions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
*Analyse recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
*Develop and maintain a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
*Process and fulfil service requests efficiently, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
*Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information.
*Drive customer excellence by understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.
Specification
*Proven experience in a customer service or support role
*Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
*Familiarity with incident and problem management processes.
