Formulation Scientist (two-year contract)
Are you passionate about chemistry and eager to make a difference in the world of crop protection? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Formulation Technician to join their innovative Formulation Technology Group! This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or scientists with less than 5 years of experience who are ready to dive into a hands-on role in a collaborative environment.
Your Role:
As a Formulation Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge chemical crop protection products. Your responsibilities will include:
*Research & Development: Explore novel formulation technologies and understand how growers apply their products.
*Experimental Design: Use your chemistry expertise to design, prepare, and characterize new formulations in the lab and at field-scale.
*Performance Testing: Conduct representative experiments to assess the efficacy of formulations.
*Project Management: Plan and execute experimental work programs, utilizing your organizational skills to keep everything on track.
*Collaboration: Work within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with scientists from various functions and communicating your findings effectively.

*Lab Experience: Familiarity with working independently and safely in a chemical lab environment.
