Job Description:
Ecommerce Manager | Health & Wellness Challenger Brand | London
The Client
Born out of frustration with overcomplicated routines and underwhelming results, our client is on a mission to simplify how people take care of their bodies and minds.
They’ve built a fast-growing, digitally native brand focused on functional, science-backed supplements and everyday wellness essentials. Think clean formulations, sharp branding, and a community-first approach that listens to its customers.
Backed by experienced founders and fresh investment, they’re now entering an exciting scale-up phase, expanding across D2C, marketplaces, and retail partnerships. It’s a business where decisions are made quickly, ideas are tested constantly, and impact is visible overnight.
The Role
As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s digital storefront. This isn’t a "keep things ticking" role; it’s about building, optimising, and scaling a high-performance ecommerce ecosystem.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, growth, and customer experience, turning data into action and ideas into measurable results. From improving conversion rates to launching new products online, you’ll play a central role in how the brand shows up and sells.
Working closely with marketing, creative, and operations, you’ll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and push boundaries. If you like the idea of owning a number, moving fast, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll thrive here.
Key Duties
*Own and optimise the D2C website (UX, CRO, merchandising, performance)
*Manage product launches and onsite campaigns from concept to execution
*Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to drive continuous improvements
*Collaborate with paid media and CRM teams to align onsite journeys with acquisition and retention strategies
*Oversee ecommerce operations including product listings, pricing, and stock visibility
*Identify and implement new tools, platforms, and integrations to improve performance
*Manage marketplace presence (e.g. Amazon) and support expansion into new channels
*Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and average order value
*Report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders
What the Client Would Like to See (Essential)
*Proven experience managing an ecommerce or D2C website, ideally within a fast-growing brand (food, drink, personal care, fashion, retail, consumer, beauty, skincare, supplements etc)
*Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and ecommerce best practices
*Comfortable working with data and able to translate insights into clear actions
*Experience with Shopify (or similar platforms)
*A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong project management skills and attention to detail
*Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of what drives online revenue
What We Would Like to See (Bonus)
*Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or beauty brands
*Familiarity with subscription models and retention strategies
*Exposure to international ecommerce expansion
*Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon
*Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Klaviyo, or CRO platforms
*A genuine interest in health, performance, and wellbeing
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits
Start Date: ASAP
