Location: Southend-on-Sea (with one weekly visit to Welwyn Garden City)
Step into a key role within a well-established, high-performing team! I’m looking for an organised, energetic, and relationship-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from first brief to final file release. You’ll become the driving force behind the critical path—ensuring deadlines are met, processes are followed, and clients are delighted.
Full training on workflows, brand guidelines, and client processes will be provided.

What You’ll Do
*Own and manage all assigned projects from start to finish
*Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and oversee project financials
*Process accurate monthly invoicing and resolve any cost or debt issues quickly
*Guide all stakeholders through every stage of the project process
*Deliver clear briefs, meet SLA commitments, and ensure project accuracy
*Work closely with internal teams to build a collaborative, solution-focused environment
*Act as the key liaison for clients, keeping communication flowing daily
*Flag risks and challenges early through regular reporting
*Attend relevant meetings and support launch planning with micro critical paths
*Provide weekly workload projections and act as a consultant on artwork & pre-press
*Escalate issues where needed to senior leadership
What You’ll Need
*2+ years’ experience in artwork/repro or print-related environments (advantageous)
*2+ years’ project management experience involving external stakeholders
*Excellent communication skills across all levels
*First-class organisation—able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Calm, proactive "can-do" attitude under pressure
*Professional, confident presence in client-facing scenarios
*Team-oriented mindset with willingness to step in and support others
*Strong Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to bespoke systems
