Job Description:
Water Delivery Coordinator
*Hourly Rate: £13.00
*Location: Huntingdon
*Job Type: Full-time
REED Business Support are representing our client who are seeking a proactive Water Delivery Coordinator to support the Water Delivery Lead and the wider team in delivering high-quality customer service and business operations for the Sizewell C (SZC) project. This role is based at Osprey House in Huntingdon and requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:*Serve as the first point of contact for SZC project stakeholders, including clients, site operations, and contractors.
*Maintain strong communication channels, ensuring operational requirements are clear and contractor management processes are followed.
*Respond to stakeholder communications promptly, providing updates and coordinating regular meetings and site visits.
*Scheduling and Operational Coordination:*Coordinate resources and schedules to meet client requirements and delivery targets.
*Process delivery requests, maintain the scheduling system, and ensure tasks are assigned and monitored effectively.
*Data Management and Financial Processes:*Maintain accurate records for operational tracking, reporting, and financial monitoring.
*Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards, keeping all records auditable.
*Management of Contractors:*Support safe and compliant site operations in line with policies, procedures, and legislation.
*Assist with site inspections, contractor management, and documentation audits.
*Team Support and Crossover:*Provide cross-cover for the Water Delivery Lead and Administrator, supporting financial and administrative tasks.
*Collaborate with the team to ensure continuity of service and effective operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
*Experience in operational and scheduling coordination within a reactive service delivery environment.
*Proficient in data management and financial processes to support business operations.
*Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in site operations.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
