Office Administrator
Location: Cheltenham, on-site
Salary: 25- 32k

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to provide high-level, confidential support to the company and the team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Understand business strategy and prioritise requests in line with business objectives
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
*Organise the office functions and provide essential support to internal operations
*Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses
*Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
*Assist with ad-hoc requirements as needed
Skills & Experience Required
*Bachelor’s degree or over 15 years experience in engineering environments
*Proven experience as an Office Administrator.
*Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a "right first time" mentality
*High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
*Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm in a fast-moving environment
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable (but not essential)
*Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
*Project coordination or event management experience
*Experience in new energy, renewable, infrastructure, engineering, or sustainability-related sectors.
