The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established organisation within a professional sector to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a pivotal role providing high-level support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.

This position requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain discretion, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary and inbox management

Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes where required

Managing complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents

Supporting project coordination and tracking key deliverables

Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Streamlining processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement

About You

Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information

A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
