*Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

*Building positive relationships that promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing

*Managing and de-escalating challenging situations in a safe and effective manner

*Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

*Encouraging engagement in learning and personal development
