Job Description:
Children’s Home Senior – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 per annum OR £14.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
BRB Recruit are working with a well-established children’s home in Liverpool looking for a Children’s Home Senior to join their dedicated team.
This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day running of the home, help deliver high-quality care to children, and provide guidance and leadership to staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities:*Support children and young people in line with care plans
*Lead and mentor staff on shift, ensuring best practice is followed
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and internal policies
*Contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
*Complete accurate records, reports, and handovers
*Support therapeutic and positive approaches embedded in daily practice
Requirements:*Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Strong understanding of how to support children in residential homes
*Previous experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
*Confident, hands-on, and able to lead by example
