Job Description:
My client, a well-known and market leading company within the construction industry, is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy head office! This is a full-time, permanent position, and is located in Birchwood, Warrington.
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will become the face of the business for all clients and contractors attending the head office. They will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, monitor incoming calls and email boxes, directing both to the relevant colleague/department. There are also a number of ad hoc administrative duties which will support the MD and their Personal Assistant.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Welcome visitors when they arrive at head office, ensuring a kind a friendly and kind manner is used at all times
*Ensure visitors are correctly signed in and the correct security badges issues
*Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring they are properly vetted then passed to the relevant colleague/department
*When necessary, ensure messages are recorded accurately and passed on promptly
*Ensure post is accurately recorded and forwarded to the relevant colleague/department, and any outgoing post is promptly franked/sent
*Ensure company car park is efficiently monitored, with incorrectly parked vehicles reported
*Ad hoc administrative to support the efficient running of the business
Specification:
*Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Secretary is essential
*Previous experience working within a busy administrative environment is preferred
*An excellent communicator, both verbal and written is essential
*An experienced user of MS Office, with a particular focus on Outlook, Word and Excel
*A high level of organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
