Children’s Home Registered Manager – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool & Greater Merseyside
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus
BRB Recruit are working with a number of children’s homes across Greater Merseyside, ranging from solo, dual, and multi-bed homes. We are looking to speak with passionate, experienced Deputy Managers and Registered Managers who are ready for a new opportunity to utilise and expand their experience.

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage a children’s home, ensuring high standards of care
*Support and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
*Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
*Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children
*Embed therapeutic approaches into everyday practice
*Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Monitor and improve outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:*Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
*Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred)
*Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in residential childcare
*Strong knowledge of regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
*Proven ability to lead teams and manage a home effectively
*Passion for supporting children and young people to succeed
