Temporary Receptionist
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hourly Rate: £13.15ph
Duration/hours: Monday 30 March - Friday 10 April 8am-6pm
As our Temporary Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our client’s organisation! Your responsibilities will include:
*Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm smile
*Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
*Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar
*Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
*Supporting administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in the motor trade or as a service advisor
*Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Proficient in using office software and systems
