Children’s Home Team Leader – Bradford
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: £16.45 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off

We are recruiting for a Children’s Home Team Leader in Bradford to provide hands-on leadership and support within a residential setting. This is a great opportunity to be part of a service that focuses on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities:*Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
*Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
*Act as a positive role model and build strong relationships
*Support and guide staff on shift
*Ensure safeguarding procedures, care plans, and risk assessments are followed
*Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:*Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
*Previous experience in residential childcare
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
*Ability to work a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern including sleep-ins
