This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground-running for their York Studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
*Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
*Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
*Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
*Experience working on projects within the residential sector
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the York area
