Registered Manager / Deputy Manager – Near Devizes
Location: Devizes (nearby)
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus
BRB Recruit are working with an amazing children’s home based near Devizes that is looking to strengthen its leadership team.
They are open to either:
*Two experienced Deputy Managers ready to step up into a Registered Manager position, or
*One experienced Registered Manager to take full responsibility and hold registration

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the home, ensuring high standards of care
*Support and develop staff to deliver outstanding outcomes for children
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
*Oversee care planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations
*Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Drive continuous improvement across the service
Requirements:*Experienced Deputy Manager ready to step uporestablished Registered Manager
*Strong background in residential childcare
*Good understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Level 3 or above in relevant care/childcare qualification
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
*Confident, hands-on, and committed to delivering high-quality care
