Early Years Practitioner - Level 3
Location: Leicestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £100 - £130 per day
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with the opportunity to become Permanent in September)

Key Responsibilities:
*Support teaching and learning activities planned by the Early Years Leader
*Work with groups or individual pupils, tailoring activities to meet their needs
*Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress
*Provide social, emotional, and academic support to pupils, including those with additional needs or English as an additional language
*Assist in preparing and maintaining resources and displays
*Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
*Supervise pupils during class, break, lunchtime, and on trips when required
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
*NVQ Level 3 or above in an approved Early Years/EYFS qualification
*Solid understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
*Basic First Aid knowledge (Paediatric First Aid preferred)
*Confident use of ICT to support learning
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
