The role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional, reliable and positive experience. You will support the sales team, manage online orders and handle customer enquiries across phone and email.
Day to day responsibilities include:
• Processing online orders and keeping customers updated on stock availability

• Providing product alternatives when needed and ensuring orders are accurately recorded

• Taking inbound calls, placing orders and negotiating competitive pricing

• Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records

• Registering sales opportunities on bid portals

• Flagging website pricing or product inconsistencies to support continuous improvements

• Supporting the sales team to deliver strong results and smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Confident phone manner and excellent written communication skills

• Good attention to detail and an organised approach to managing tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment

• CRM experience

• Proactive, positive and customer focused
