Job Description:
Our client is hiring looking for an Admin/Import Assistant to join their team in Robertsbridge.
Main Duties
*Processing shipments and ensuring that the correct information is sent to our Forwarders.
*Assisting our Freight Forwarders with any queries they have on shipments.
*Ensuring that our EU warehouse is provided with all the information that they need to process incoming shipments.
*Liaising with our EU warehouse to ensure that deliveries are booked in.
*Ensuring that the correct information is on the paperwork sent from our international suppliers.
*Dealing with other members of staff to confirm the correct information is on the Suppliers invoices.
*Completing internal transfers of stock to and from our EU warehouse.
*Completing purchase orders for other staff members.
*Processing expenses and credit cards in a timely manner and ensuring that the correct receipts for this expenditure have been submitted.
*Dealing with Suppliers from a number of different countries as well as internal clients.
Education and Experience
*A good level of mathematics.
*A good standard of written English.
*Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
*A good knowledge of Excel.
*A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Working Hours
*37.5 Hour week
*Monday to Friday
*8.30am until 4.30pm
*30 minutes lunch
