Role: Operations Manager
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum


We’re working with a growing Brighton-based organisation looking to bring in an Operations Manager to support the next phase of their development.


What you’ll be doing:
*Taking ownership of operational workflows and identifying where processes can be streamlined or improved
*Supporting team leaders to drive performance, consistency, and accountability across day-to-day activity
*Reviewing how work is allocated and suggesting more efficient ways of managing resource
*Using data and reporting to guide decision-making and highlight areas for development
*Acting as a key link between teams to ensure communication and delivery remain aligned
*Introducing structure around processes, documentation, and ways of working
*Supporting wider business projects aimed at improving overall performance
*Ensuring standards and compliance requirements are consistently met


What they’re looking for:
*Experience in an operations, service delivery or team management role
*Someone comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
*Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions
*Confident working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
*A hands-on approach with the ability to influence and support teams
*Clear communicator who can work across different levels of the business
