The Role
Provide high-quality IT support to the London office, ensuring seamless technology experiences for lawyers and business teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver VIP IT support (remote & on-site)
*Support laptops, mobile devices, secure access tools, and printers
*Set up and manage Teams/Zoom meetings and events
*Log, manage, and resolve tickets via the Help Desk
*Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
*Assist with hardware setups, office moves, and installations


Skills & Experience
*12+ months in an IT support role (professional services or legal environment)
*Strong with Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, Citrix
*Experience with iOS/Android and end-user hardware
*Knowledge of iManage/Aderant is a bonus
*Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset
