Nursery Manager – Molesey, Surrey KT8
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per year (depending on experience/qualifications)
Hours: 38 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our brand-new, hygge-inspired nursery in Molesey (KT8). This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new setting from the ground up, creating a warm, home-like environment where children and staff feel safe, valued, and inspired.

Responsibilities
*Lead day-to-day nursery operations
*Ensure high standards of care and education
*Safeguard children, staff, and families
*Support and develop the staff team
*Build strong relationships with families
*Deliver engaging EYFS-led learning experiences
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
